The titanium rod filter is a titanium powder sintered titanium rod filter element, which is generally used for coarse filtration or intermediate filtration. This filter element has the advantages of high precision, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high mechanical strength. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The shell material is 316L or 304 stainless steel. The stainless steel material is used as the shell, and the inner filter element is a titanium tube, which has the characteristics of high temperature, high pressure, strong acid, strong alkali, corrosion resistance, and the filter element can be regenerated repeatedly. In use, its working pressure should not exceed the rated working pressure. In normal use, there is at least 3-5 minutes of low-pressure start-up time, and the relative pressure difference should be controlled below 0.5Mpa, and then the working pressure should be gradually adjusted to normal requirements (the maximum pressure should not exceed 0.4Mpa). After a certain period of operation, the pressure may increase due to the blockage of the filter element, resulting in a decrease in pressure and flow, which requires backflushing or backwashing regeneration. Regeneration cycle depends on rated pressure and flow.
