The KD-L series single-type powder-liquid mixer is specially designed for the dissolution of easily soluable powders (sugar, skimmed milk powder) and a small amount od incompatible powders. The equipment uses the Venturi principle to generate a vacuum, sucks the powder into the liquid stream from the funnel, and then enters the high-shear pump together. The powder and liquid are quickly and uniformly dispersed and dissolved in one-time online.
Applicable Materials
Dairy industry: sugar, milk powder, a small amount of CMC (within 2%) dissolved online, skimmed milk powder, cream and other small materials added.
